The McDevitt Endowment arrives just as faculty, students and staff have begun considering OneLeMoyne, an initiative to sharpen the College's vision and answer the question: What is Le Moyne to become?

No doubt, the McDevitt Endowment will serve as a catalyst to identify innovations and enhancements that help distinguish Le Moyne from other schools.

Proceeds from the McDevitt Endowment will strengthen four academic areas: computer science, information processing, physics and religious philosophy. It will endow professorships, as well as fund related staff, research, technology and overhead costs.

In keeping with the new spirit of participation and collaboration on campus, members of the community will work with investment professionals and College Trustees to provide input into the use of the McDevitt Endowment.
